About Our School
Brief information about our school:
American English School started its development in 1986. Its representative office in Ukraine was opened in 1994. In 2008 additional offices were opened in Stryy and Uzhhorod.
Facts about AmES:
- The biggest school for studying English in the Lviv region with the smallest quantity of students groups (2-6 people in group, private);
- Eighteen years of experience in teaching English in Ukraine:
- Not only do we give out a certificate witnessing that your studies are appropriate to stated level, but we will actually teach you to use English at necessary level;
- Two experimental weeks (4 lessons) for you to get familiar with what we offer before choosing our educational institution to cooperate with;
- We do not think up “ours” or “patented” methods, we avoid gimmicks, we work exclusively with educational programs developed by Oxford and Cambridge universities – After all, who can develop a program for studying English better than native speakers themselves?
- We do not teach “pure dead British English” or “pure dead American English”, instead we teach contemporary live language which is used by native speakers today!
- Highly qualified teachers with obligatory regular refresher training in English-speaking countries;
- Quarterly educational and excursion trips to English-speaking countries;
- Summer English-speaking camps in Carpathian mountains;
- English without politics or religion;
- English Speaking Club with native speakers;
- License of the Ministry of Education and Science series AG #505855 about provision of educational services in educational sphere – study English with professionals!
